1. ( POUR )  for our characters to have a passionate reunion kiss in the rain.
2. ( DOWN ) for character 1 to have chased down character 2 and pulled them into a kiss right when it begins to rain. 
3. ( CONVINCED ) our characters are standing outside having a confrontation when it begins to rain, character 1 kisses character 2 to stop their rambling and prove they love them.
